The directors fully support the application of the recommendations as contained in the King Report on Governance for South Africa, 2012 (King III) through which shareholders and stakeholders are assured that JANNA INVESTMENT is being managed ethically and in compliance with relevant legislation and best practices.

Safety always comes first at JANNA INVESTMENT . Clients expect it; the group’s divisions demand it; and the JANNA INVESTMENT employees live it every day. Therefore, Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) have become the linchpin of all operations. This will be achieved by putting the right checks and balances in place. JANNA INVESTMENT also employs a dedicated Group Environmental Officer to achieve its goal of developing a sound environmental programme and achieving ISO 14001 accreditation
